Before you begin knitting: The blouse is worked top down in stockinette stitch. The ribbed neckline and saddle shoulders are constructed in the round. The front and back are worked back and forth. The body is then joined and worked in the round. The sleeves are shaped back and forth using short rows over the shoulder and are then worked in the round. The body and sleeves are finished with rib.
